Hey I’ve been wanting to share a “new" way of eating:
1. Pomegranates – for lazy people like me – chew and eat the seeds as well. This was an inspiration from how great the grape seeds are, so I’ve been trying to look for dark grapes with seeds (non-genetically altered) and just chew and eat the whole thing as well. I know it sounds/tastes/feels odd in the beginning, but I suppose that it would do no harm (?).
2. Sesame seeds – grind down to fine powder, then mix with honey to make sesame paste to spread on bread, bun, pastries, etc. It taste wonderfully delicious!

pd: Yes so i read that you could actually eat the seeds! Yes it does sound very weird, but let me try try tonight 🙂
