有看官想找回小C的有機早晨全餐食譜,我看看,大半年後,小朋友原來仍在吃着這杯……嘢。好嘢好嘢,果然是有創意的媽媽呀吓。

不過呢,現在休想再將小朋友搓圓按扁囉,杯子要特定,材料要自選,吸管的顏色更是輕漫不得。

究竟,小朋友會選用陳年爛鬼黑色贈品杯,還是可愛Tigger杯?

又,小朋友會要求將蘋果汁還是亞麻籽油混進乳酪?

好了:請進此看小C有機早晨全餐。

(按:近年有說奶類製品不能多吃,羊奶算是好一點。唉,好惆悵。)

    可能你或會看過. 看後, 連我也開始考慮是否應轉飲豆奶? (註: 近來勤飲瓶裝鮮奶, 因為年初的身体檢查提及我開始有骨質流失….比普通女性為早……)

    我估小C會用大人杯, 蘋果汁和flax oil都要加。

    另, 小Cwean後有飲fresh milk嗎? 或只是每天早上飲yogurt drink? 我都在惆悵wean後的安排。有機牛奶,羊奶,豆奶,rice milk...有時選擇多都好麻煩。

    還有, 竊竊C語很有智慧呀!

    你會考慮吃鈣片嗎? 
    又,其實很多蔬菜也有豐富鈣,如西蘭花

    amy: i’m lactose intolerant, and i’ve always suspected that little c is just like me – she seems to have lots of gas whenever she drinks milk. so, yes, the cup of yogurt is the only dairy product she gets every day now. sometimes she’ll have a slice of cheese instead. but i like the fact that i can mix in some carbohydrate into the yogurt.
    actually if it’s only the calcium that we’re after, there’s lots of other food we can consider, like broccoli and tofu.

    siu c is a 100% formula-free girl! the nursery that rafael goes to keeps a milk feed after nap time, i’m just thinking if we should follow suit or have other alternatives instead. thanks for your tips.

    these days kids drink formula until like even 9 or 10 years old! and when rafael stayed at the hospital before, i saw kids who are like 3 or 4 still drinking water from a bottle w/ teat. isn’t that ridiculous?
